Event activation questions
How many personalization stations do I need?
Each station personalizes about 40 items per hour. Divide your guest count by 40 and by the length of your event in hours: 200 guests over 2.5 hours needs about 2 stations. We'll size it with you when we quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks ahead is ideal. If we're sourcing custom goods such as leather items or branded drinkware, allow extra time.
What do you need from the venue?
Two standard electrical outlets per machine and space for our station. We bring our own extension cords.
Do you travel outside Georgia?
Yes. We're based in Atlanta and work events across the Southeast, west to Texas and north through Illinois and New England, including Washington, DC. We bring all our own equipment and handle the travel, and it's included in your quote.
What can guests take home?
Engraved glassware and drinkware, leather luggage tags, card holders and wallets, coasters, keychains, full-color printed items and 3D-printed keepsakes, each personalized with a name, date or logo.
How much does an event activation cost?
